The construction project management contract comprises the entire construction project management for the realization of the Noorderkwartier child center in Almelo. See procurement documents for more information. The new child center must accommodate approximately 775 pupils in mainstream primary education and special education. In addition, approximately 64 childcare places will be created within a maximum of 500 m2 GFA. The total space requirement of the child center, including childcare and gymnasiums, is approximately 6,700 m2 GFA. Procedure: restricted.
