The new construction of Kindcentrum de Kemp in Egchel must be realized by selecting and contracting a (combination of) contractor(s), which, in an engineering team, will develop a final design into a technical design (TO) and thereby also be given the opportunity to carry out the work. The (combination of) contractor(s) is fully responsible for both the architectural and the building services engineering part of the contract. In the new situation, the existing building section (to be renovated) comprises approximately 683m2 GFA and the new-build section comprises approximately 1,336m2 GFA. Procedure: restricted.
