The Municipality of Dronten intends, through this European open tender, to contract one building contractor to participate in the construction team for the new construction of two child centers: the Dronten child center and the Swifterbant child center. The contract comprises a total of approximately 13,472 m² gross floor area of new construction – Dronten Child Center approximately 6,572 m² gross floor area (education and childcare approximately 5,458 m² and a sports hall with two hall sections approximately 1,114 m²) and Swifterbant Child Center approximately 6,900 m² gross floor area (education and childcare approximately 3,600 m² and gym/sports facility approximately 3,300 m²), including the associated schoolyards and outdoor spaces.
