Netherlands – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines – HS route works - Prior information notice

This concerns a prior information notice for an anticipated contract that will be placed under Stedin's 'Electrical Works Qualification Scheme' (OJ/S number 328809-2024), category 2: MS Projects and category 3: HS Projects. You must be qualified in good time, for both categories, before the tender starts, in order to receive an invitation. Expected tender start: early April 2026. You must have submitted an application for qualification no later than 6 March 2026. Below is an explanation of the tender (subject to change): The contract in broad outline: - The construction of HS routes. - The engineering of HS routes may, at Stedin's discretion, be carried out by the contractor or by Stedin itself. - Where applicable, the necessary telecommunications works. - Materials will be supplied by Stedin. Area: Stedin service area, wherever HS routes are constructed. Number of lots: Two lots, namely: - Lot 1: Northern Region (The Hague and surrounding area) + Central Region (Utrecht and surrounding area) - Lot 2: Southern Region (Rotterdam and surrounding area) + Port Area + Zeeland Scope: An average of around 50 million Euro per year, in total. Ranging from 30 million Euro (first contract year) to 65 million Euro (eighth contract year). Number of agreements: Two framework agreements per lot based on Stedin specifications. In this respect, Stedin is aligning its HS works with existing LS and MS specifications, which were recently put out to tender. Estimated value: 385,000,000 EUR.
