Procedure Tendering through the European open procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the ARW 2016. Contracting authority The contracting authority for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Project description De Barones Parking Garage, located on the western flank of Breda's historic city centre, accommodates approximately 510 vehicles and is one of the busiest municipal parking garages. Due to its central location, the parking garage fulfils an important function for visitors to the city centre, employees and nightlife visitors. The Multi-Year Maintenance Programme (MJOP) schedules various extensive maintenance activities for the coming years. Given the nature and scope of these activities, combined with the desire to functionally modernise the parking garage and better align it with current user needs and urban developments, the municipality has chosen to procure these activities as an integrated whole. The contract includes both the further development of the available Final Design (DO) into a Construction-Ready Design and the execution of the works. General scope of the works A. Architectural works Maintenance activities: -Floor coatings; -Ceilings; -Painting; -Replacement of doors; -Replacement of façade sections; -Renovation of toilet facilities. Functional improvement of the Tolbrugstraat entrance: -Modification of the façade; -Optimisation of the layout; -Renewal of floor finishes; -Renewal of ceilings; -Painting; -Renewal of balustrades. B. Building services engineering works Mechanical installations: -Replacement of jet fans; -Replacement of extraction fans; -Renewal of control systems for ventilation; -Renewal of CO and LPG detection systems. Electrical installations: -Replacement and modification of lighting and power installations; -Replacement of switching and distribution equipment; -Renewal of lighting, emergency lighting and escape route signage; -Replacement of the emergency power generator; -Renewal of fire alarm and evacuation systems. Execution The works will be carried out in phases so that the parking garage can remain available to visitors and users as much as possible during execution. Schedule (indicative) - Design development, engineering and construction preparation: January – February 2027; - Execution of works: March – end of July 2027; - Maintenance period of 1 year: end of July 2027 - end of July 2028. Lots This contract is not divided into lots. Objective The objective of this tender is to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of the works.
