The Municipality of Eindhoven has major ambitions to develop or redevelop the WoenselXL shopping centre and the current large-scale parking facilities in order to create a vibrant Stadshart Woensel. The scope includes: - Realisation of a maximum of approximately 3,000 homes, in a mix of social rental housing, mid-market rental housing, and private-sector rental and/or owner-occupied housing. - Implementation of the non-residential programme. - Strengthening and expanding social facilities. Through this selection procedure, the Municipality of Eindhoven is seeking a collaborative partner who, based on a shared vision and in close coordination with public and community stakeholders, will shape the planning and phased realisation of Stadshart Woensel. The partner is challenged to contribute, with creativity, innovation, and a long-term perspective, to the high-quality, future-proof development and realisation of this strategically located central area.
