Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to organize and provide route and travel information services to inform road users about disruption during the works on the Noordtunnel (NOT) and to inform them about alternative travel options. This involves specifically reaching particular road-user target groups with a ‘tailored’ message through various digital channels and during different time periods. Through travel and route information, in addition to predictable road users, the less predictable and difficult-to-reach target groups from outside the region also receive targeted, target-group-specific information.
