Opportunity description

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude one Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the turnkey delivery of reception housing for Ukrainian displaced persons. The Contract comprises the furnishing of 36 homes within a residential complex (phase 2), as well as a varying intake of one (1) to four (4) self-contained homes per month. The Contractor is responsible for supplying, placing, installing, assembling and managing the complete furnishings, including TV and internet facilities, tailored to the type of home and the number of residents. For self-contained homes, the services additionally include key management and the performance of incidental, property-dependent work. The total estimated value including extension options is €4,240,000 excluding VAT over four years. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 4,240,000 EUR.
