Opportunity description

The contract concerns the provision of a campus-wide software environment for calculation and simulation applications (MATLAB/Simulink), including associated functionalities, toolboxes, support and updates for education and applied research. Fontys attaches great importance to the principles of procurement law, including non-discrimination, equal treatment, transparency and proportionality. To give effect to these principles and to prevent legal uncertainty, Fontys hereby announces in advance that it intends to award the contract directly to MathWorks B.V. In doing so, Fontys uses a prior publication as referred to in Article 4.16(1)(b) of the Public Procurement Act 2012. The intended term of this agreement is 24 months, with an option to extend it three times by 24 months. Procedure: neg-wo-call. Estimated value: 1 EUR.
