EnergieWEB is not an entity, but a partnership of a number of municipalities and is focused on the procurement of sustainable energy through the self-supply model. More information about this can be found in Chapter 1.3. In this document, EnergieWEB describes the course of the procurement procedure, as well as the conditions and instructions for local energy generators wishing to submit a tender. The Municipality of Ede acts as the lead authority for the procedure on behalf of each of the participating municipalities of EnergieWEB; this form is hereinafter simply referred to as the contracting authority. The contracting authority invites various parties to participate in this tender, including: • Energy cooperatives; • Owners of energy generation sites • Parties intending to create an energy generation site • Companies and organizations with surplus capacity in their sustainable energy generation The contracting authority wishes to enter into an agreement with contractor(s) for a period of at least 5 to at most The total energy volume currently amounts to approximately 12.8 GWh annually.
