The objective of the Contract is to have an SMP for the built-up areas of the nine (9) population centres of the municipality of Tholen, based on extensive ecological research. With the SMP, the municipality of Tholen can apply to the Province of Zeeland for an area-based environmental permit for flora and fauna activities for 10 years. 1. A process description for applying for an area-based environmental permit; see Annex 4, point B 1 through 2 2. An approach for drawing up an SMP in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements attached in Annex 4, point A 1 through 8, including a mitigation and compensation plan; 3. A description of how project management will be implemented and a description of the certified employees who will carry out the project; see Annex 4, point C 1 through 5 4. A schedule for the entire process with a guaranteed start date and completion date (maximum lead time is 18 months) 5. With the SMP, the municipality of Tholen can apply to the Province of Zeeland for an area-based environmental permit for flora and fauna activities for 10 years. For the performance of this contract, the contracting authority has a budget of €340,000 (excl. VAT). This budget constitutes the financial framework within which the contract is expected to and must be performed. The contracting authority’s financial resources are limited. Tenderers are expected to take this into account when preparing their tender and performing the contract. Procedure: open.
