Netherlands – Energy and related services – Support for making Homeowners’ Associations more sustainable

Opportunity description

The contract concerns the provision of comprehensive support for making Homeowners’ Associations (VvEs) more sustainable in the municipalities of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Best, Oirschot and Geldrop-Mierlo. Within 2 years, the support must lead to a decision at the General Members’ Meeting of a selected VvE to implement at least one sustainability measure. This should preferably be an insulation measure, but other measures may also be considered. The number of VvEs to be reached in this way is 77 within two years; this is described in more detail in the Schedule of Requirements. The activities focus on encouraging the VvEs to take measures, guiding and advising them through the process up to decision-making, and also serving as their point of contact through periodic walk-in consultation hours. Follow-up studies and actual implementation are not within the scope of the contract. This concerns advisory services for VvEs in 5 municipalities, with the aim of achieving a total of 77 sustainability measures within 2 years. Procedure: open.
