Technical permit officers regarding mining environmental permits for the purpose of assessing permit applications under the Mining Act and the Environment and Planning Act, set out in one lot in which contracts can be requested on the basis of 2 forms: 1. Temporary secondment of technical permit officers for all job profiles listed in Annex 9, without an employment contract between a technical permit officer and the Contracting Authority arising by operation of law as a result of the Further Agreement. The technical permit officers are classified into 3 competency profiles at junior, intermediate and senior level. 2. The performance of the contract by a technical permit officer can be distinguished into two main forms. Form 1 is based on effort, and form 2 is based on results.
