The “Redevelopment of Veursestraatweg” project in the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg focuses on the reconstruction and reprofiling of an important connecting road between Leidschendam and Voorschoten. The aim is to make the road safer for traffic, improve crossing conditions, better integrate the road into the surrounding landscape, and provide space for future area developments, such as housing construction. The works mainly consist of: - carrying out various clearance works; - cleaning watercourses; - excavating, transporting and processing soil; - processing sand; - laying culverts; - installing sewerage and a pressure pipeline; - installing bank revetment; - processing pavement foundation materials; - processing asphalt; - applying surface treatment; - laying paving; - planting trees; - installing site boundaries; - fertilizing and sowing; - ancillary works.
