The Tenderer shall conduct noise studies in accordance with validated Doc.29 models. The studies include analyses for Schiphol (prior experience mandatory) and regional airports (prior experience is an advantage). The work consists of modelling intended changes to the LVNL ATM system, calculating the effects of these intended changes on noise exposure, describing the methodology used and the results of these analyses in reports, and presenting/explaining the results in the Dutch language. Results may be shared and used externally by LVNL. In addition to the noise studies, the tenderer shall perform advisory work in the field of noise exposure around Dutch airports in connection with, among other things, changing laws and regulations, the impact of maintenance on airports, and measures to comply with established standards. The scope of this contract cannot be properly determined in advance. In addition, it is uncertain when LVNL will wish to make use of the relevant services/deliveries. Procedure: open.
