The contractor shall perform environmental management within Rijkswaterstaat's national Façade Insulation project. This means that residents and owners will be carefully guided and informed throughout all phases of the project. The contractor shall primarily perform the following: delivering products to implement the steps from Chapter 6 of the Noise Nuisance Decree, concerning the cooperation of owners and residents in carrying out the façade insulation survey and implementing measures to the façade. This concerns in particular: • ensuring the cooperation of owners and residents in carrying out the façade insulation survey, and • bringing about the formal decisions on implementing measures to the façade (insulation decisions) or making decisions not to implement measures. see brief description Environmental Management Support for Façade Insulation Procedure: open.
