Opportunity description

The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude framework agreements for the children's day care centres (KDC). This procurement procedure is divided into lots, namely: Lot 1: Municipality of Almere Lot 2: Municipality of Dronten Lot 3: Municipality of Noordoostpolder Lot 4: Municipality of Urk The framework agreement will commence on 1 January 2027 and will run through 31 December 2030. After the term has expired, the Contracting Authority may extend the framework agreement in writing two (2) times, each time for a period of forty-eight (48) calendar months. During the maximum term of the framework agreement, the maximum amount of € 119.413.219, -- excl. VAT will not be exceeded. The estimate for Lelystad has not been included in this. Should Lelystad join this procedure as of 1-1-2031, the following applies: During the maximum term of the framework agreement, the maximum amount of € 168.950.452, -- excl. VAT will not be exceeded.
