In the municipality of Rijswijk, only a limited number of locations (hotels) are available where a group of displaced Ukrainians of this size can be accommodated simultaneously. The reception location must be within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Rijswijk; otherwise, the accommodated displaced Ukrainians do not count toward funding by the municipality. The municipality of Rijswijk wishes to enter into an agreement with a maximum of 2 parties regarding the accommodation of displaced Ukrainians in a hotel. From 1 July 2026 to 15 September 2026, 10 rooms (at least 20 places) for 76 nights € 180.698 From 15 September 2026 to 4 March 2028, 5 rooms (maximum 10 places) for 536 nights € 637.197 10 rooms in the period from 1 July 2026 to 15 September 2026 and a reduction in the number of rooms from 15 September 2026 to 5 rooms through July 2027. Including an option to extend by 8 months until the end of RTB 4 March 2028 (extension possible through 4 March 2028). The quantity purchased may increase or decrease. The municipality wishes to conclude an agreement for the provision of the following services relating to the accommodation of displaced Ukrainians who are accommodated in a: - Accommodating 20, and after scaling down 10, displaced Ukrainians within the boundaries of the municipality of Rijswijk. - Providing at least three meals (varied and healthy) per day, appropriate to the religious beliefs of the individual displaced Ukrainians, and beverages; - During the period in which the contractor provides accommodation for displaced Ukrainians, the contractor must perform a monitoring function. This includes, but is not limited to, noticing abnormal behavior or problems within the accommodation facility. These observations must be reported immediately to the contact person of the municipality of Rijswijk; - The reception location is able to provide accommodation for displaced Ukrainians within the financial frameworks made available by the central government. The reimbursements received by the municipality will be made available for this contract on a one-to-one basis. The municipality will not add any of its own funds.
