NL TenneT faces a major task in the coming years. The growing demand for customer connections and the need for increased transmission capacity require (rapid) construction and expansion of the high-voltage grid. Achieving this requires a sense of shared responsibility from both TenneT and the contractors and external stakeholders involved. Through this qualification system, TenneT wishes to establish a list of suitable contractors to carry out the required civil works on new and existing high-voltage cable connections. Under this qualification system, multidisciplinary work relating to high-voltage cable connections from 110kV and above in the Netherlands may be procured.
