The Contracting Authority wishes to take out a new WGA self-insurance policy as of 1-1-2027 in order to cover all attributable costs arising from WGA self-insurance. In addition to the basic coverage, the run-off risk must also be covered. The Contracting Authority is self-insured for the Sickness Benefits Act and also intends to remain so throughout the entire term of the new WGA insurance policy. See the procurement guidelines.
