Opportunity description
On behalf of the province of Groningen, we invite you to participate in an informal market consultation on the deployment of high-speed internet in Groningen. Research firm Dialogic from Utrecht is conducting this consultation on behalf of the province of Groningen. The province of Groningen is working on a new approach to provide households and businesses without a high-speed fixed internet connection with access to high-speed internet (at least 100 Mbit/s). This primarily concerns addresses in the rural areas of the province of Groningen where market-driven rollout is lagging behind, also known as white addresses. In total, this concerns approximately 4,000 residential addresses and 182 business addresses (as of Q4 2025; see the map in the annex).1 On behalf of the province of Groningen, we invite you to participate in an informal market consultation on the deployment of high-speed internet in Groningen. Research firm Dialogic from Utrecht is conducting this consultation on behalf of the province of Groningen.
