Opportunity description
The Province of Limburg is at the beginning of a far-reaching modernization of its information management. This modernization effort is necessary because of rapid technological developments, increasing digitalization and collaborative partnerships, as well as increasingly strict and changing laws and regulations. These include, among others, the new Archives Act, the Open Government Act (Woo), the Electronic Administrative Communications Modernization Act (Wmebv), the Digital Government Act (Wdo), the Government Information Security Baseline (BIO), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The current application landscape, with outdated and fragmented systems, is proving increasingly unable to provide the organization, administration and society with information in a secure, efficient and future-proof manner. To address these challenges, the Province of Limburg has developed a clear vision for its information management. The guiding principle is that information is managed in a sustainably accessible, secure, efficient, high-quality and compliant manner. For employees, this means greater clarity, simplicity and uniformity; for society, optimal transparency and service provision are central. The European tender for a new case management system is an important part of realizing this vision. By implementing one integrated, cloud-based and user-friendly case management system, the Province of Limburg is laying the foundation for case-oriented working, modern records management and professional process support. The new system will serve as the central hub of the provincial information provision and will enable further digitalization, better service provision and greater control over quality, compliance and risk management. The Province of Limburg is therefore seeking a contractor who, in close collaboration with the organization, will be responsible for delivering and implementing a modern SaaS case management system and the associated integrations, supporting its adoption and managing it. For a full description of the contract and the associated terms and requirements imposed on it, reference is made to the annexes added here. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1 EUR.
