With this procurement procedure, OD Drenthe aims to achieve secure, future-proof and integrated IT services that align with the organization's ambitions. For this purpose, one contractor will be selected who will be fully responsible for the delivery, management, support, further development and transition of the office automation. In recent years, an average of € 1,065,000 (excluding VAT) per year has been spent on the services concerned. The contracting authority is applying an increase to the maximum value of the contract because it expects the volume purchased to increase and wishes to respond flexibly to future developments. The maximum annual value of the contract is increased and thus amounts to € 1,500,000.00 (excluding VAT). Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 18,000,000 EUR.
