In doing so, two current retainer contracts, namely those of NA and DUO, will be combined into one retainer for the whole of OCW, with the exception of ODC-N. Furthermore, with this Market Consultation, the Contracting Authority aims to gain a clear understanding of the level of interest and the possibilities and impossibilities in the market.
