The contract consists of ICT management, the supply of hardware and the supply of touchscreens. This contract is divided into three lots, namely: • Lot 1: Concerns the provision of ICT management services. • Lot 2: Concerns the supply of hardware. • Lot 3: Concerns the supply of touchscreens. Lot 1 ICT management services €3,000,000 Lot 2 Supply of hardware €2,500,000 Lot 3 Supply €2,000,000 The contract for lot 1 concerns the complete management of ICT, since OPSPOOR does not have its own ICT department. OPSPOOR requires properly functioning hardware for all pupils and employees. Hardware being requested includes laptops, iPads and charging carts/units. OPSPOOR requests the supply of touchscreens, including accessories for the touchscreens. For OPSPOOR, all OPS modules were replaced last year and these must be compatible with the new touchscreens offered by the contractor to be contracted. Procedure: open.
