Opportunity description

The Province of Flevoland wishes to be fully supported in the procurement and management of software licenses, maintenance, software services and Software Asset Management (SAM) in the coming years. For this purpose, one Software Reseller/SAM partner will be selected to act as a ‘one-stop shop’ for the supply, advice, implementation and management of software. The new contractor will take over the management of the current software portfolio in phases and ensure the efficient, compliant and future-proof use of licenses, in line with the provincial cloud strategy. The aim is a sustainable partnership with a high degree of customer intimacy, focused on quality, continuity and optimization of SAM services. The procurement aims to establish one agreement with the most economically advantageous tenderer for 17,500,000 euros (2 years plus 2 extensions of 1 year), for a total of 4 years.
