The scope of this tender concerns the provision of support for ICT management and the performance of ICT management in the areas of: • Service level management; • Technical management; • Security management support. Within the scope of this tender, the Contracting authority and Tenderer work together to implement ICT management. A further description of ICT management and a further explanation of the roles of the Contracting authority and the Tenderer are described in Annex XII ICT Management Schedule of Requirements. Objective and term Through this tender, the Contracting authority intends to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the provision of ICT management for an initial period of three (3) years. The Contracting authority has a unilateral, optional extension possibility of seven (1) times one (1) year. Scope This contract is not divided into lots. Tendering for part of the contract is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents an estimated contract value of € 95.000,00 excluding VAT per year, thus € 950.000,00 excluding VAT over the entire term of ten (10) years. Please note: The estimated annual contract value excluding VAT is also the ceiling amount for the annual costs of ICT management. If the annual costs quoted by the Tenderer in Annex III Price Sheet exceed the ceiling amount, the Tenderer will be excluded from further participation in the tender. Procedure: open.
