Opportunity description

The contract consists of 2 lots: Lot 1 Weighbridge software and digitization of consignment notes This lot concerns the supply, maintenance and further development of software for recycling centers (waste collection sites) and soil storage and processing locations. The weighbridge software supports soil flow management and the bulky waste process by registering vehicles, tracking transport movements, and recording and exchanging all associated data with other systems. In addition, this lot must provide software that digitizes the consignment note and supports drivers with a mobile app during loading and unloading. Lot 2 Weighbridge hardware (and peripheral equipment) This lot concerns the supply, maintenance and replacement of hardware for recycling centers (waste collection sites) and soil storage and processing locations. The lot includes the physical hardware components and the associated maintenance. Software, management and other services fall outside the scope of this lot unless they are explicitly included as an option. The delineation of this lot is based on the specific nature of the required hardware components and the presence of a specialized market. This ensures flexibility and enables adaptation to future developments and expansions. The hardware supports the primary processes at the locations, including access control, registration and the handling of visitor and waste flows. This concerns both existing recycling centers and soil storage and processing locations and future locations within the scope of this contract. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,280,000 EUR.
