The procurement and maintenance/repairs of the P&H monitors will be arranged through an agreement with one supplier. This agreement has an initial term of 6 years, followed by the option to extend the agreement twice by two years. The agreement will then terminate by operation of law. The initial contract term of six years is consistent with the economic lifespan of the P&H monitors, while the optional extensions will be used only if the cooperation, pricing and performance warrant them. The extensions are therefore not automatic, but depend on explicit evaluation moments. Bizob is tendering the present contract on behalf of GGD BZO and RAV BMWN. Procedure: open.
