Collecting water meter readings is a critical process for SWA's billing. The continuity of supplying the meter readings must therefore be guaranteed. The objective is to collect as many accurate water meter readings as possible and automatically transmit them to SWA, so that SWA can bill its customers accurately and on time for drinking water consumption. The minimum response requirement is 90%. Meter reading consists of three channels for collecting meter readings: 1. Self-reading by the customer 2. Physical meter reading at the customer's home by a meter reader 3. Automatic meter reading (smart meter) Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 1 EUR.
