Maastricht UMC+ intends to purchase one RoboticScope for the Plastic Surgery department. The contract includes the delivery and complete assembly of the system, installation, implementation, acceptance, user and technical training, multi-year maintenance and support, and the delivery of associated consumables. The supplier is requested to submit a complete Best and Final Offer for this purpose, including all one-time, recurring, and usage-dependent costs. The procurement is being conducted under a negotiated procedure without prior call for competition and is aimed at an intended direct award and multi-year cooperation. The contract includes the purchase of one complete and ready-to-use RoboticScope system, including all necessary hardware, software, accessories, installation, implementation, acceptance, and training. In addition, the contract includes maintenance and support for the agreed term and the on-demand delivery of the necessary consumables, including sterile covers.
