Opportunity description

With this procurement procedure, the Municipality of Almere aims to enter into a sustainable partnership with a supplier that provides high-quality and safe PPE to approximately 150 employees of the Municipality of Almere, complies with the applicable laws and regulations, and ensures reliable and timely delivery at transparent costs. In addition, the municipality values sustainable and circular solutions and the creation of social impact. The maximum contract value for the new framework agreement is € 360.000,- including the options for extension and indexation and excluding VAT. If the realized contract value reaches the maximum amount before the end of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will terminate by operation of law. No rights may be derived from this estimate. The stated contract value is solely an indication of the expected purchase volume. The contractor cannot claim a minimum purchase volume or turnover. The framework agreement enters into force on 1 January 2027 and has an initial term until 31 December 2028. Thereafter, the municipality has the option to tacitly extend the framework agreement two (2) times by one (1) year, until no later than 31 December 2030, if extension is necessary for the performance of the work.
