The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement with a maximum of six selected Framework Contractors who, for the duration of the Agreement to be drawn up, meet the minimum conditions for the performance of the contract. For the Specific Contracts, for which the work will commence on 1 January 2028, the following subareas form part of these Specific Contracts: 1. Tilburg BioS 2. Tilburg West 3. Tilburg Noord The Contracting Authority expects that the Hilvarenbeek and Goirle subareas will also form part of the Specific Contracts to be put out to tender. No contracts have been combined. The number of lots in this procurement is one. The Contract is not divided into lots because it is accessible as a whole to local and regional SMEs. By dividing the Contract into lots, the Contracting Authority may have to deal with multiple contractors, which entails more coordination and administrative work and therefore higher costs. This is not in the interest of the Contracting Authority. This Framework Agreement concerns the procurement of Mowing extensive grass. For the Specific Contracts, for which the work will commence on 1 January 2028, the following subareas form part of these Specific Contracts: 1. Tilburg BioS 2. Tilburg West 3.
