Opportunity description

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement with a maximum of six selected Framework Contractors who, throughout the term of the Agreement to be established, meet the minimum conditions for the performance of the contract. For the Further Contracts, the work for which will commence on 1 January 2028, the following sub-areas form part of these Further Contracts: 1. Tilburg BioS 2. Tilburg West 3. Tilburg Noord The Contracting Authority expects that the Hilvarenbeek and Goirle sub-areas will also form part of the Further Contracts to be put out to tender. No contracts have been combined. The number of lots in this procurement procedure is one. The Contract is not divided into lots because it is accessible as a whole to local and regional SMEs. By dividing the Contract into lots, the Contracting Authority may have to deal with multiple contractors, which would entail more coordination and administrative work and therefore higher costs. This is not in the interest of the Contracting Authority. This Framework Agreement concerns the procurement of Intensive grass mowing. For the Further Contracts, the work for which will commence on 1 January 2028, the following sub-areas form part of these Further Contracts: 1. Tilburg BioS 2. Tilburg West 3.
