The Contracting Authority is Stichting Duinpark. On behalf of the Municipality of Den Helder, Stichting Duinpark is responsible for management and maintenance work in the public space in Duinpark in Den Helder. As a form of citizen participation, Stichting Duinpark was established on 29 December 2006 for the management of Duinpark’s public space. All plot owners in Duinpark are mandatory participants in this Foundation. During this procurement procedure, the Municipality of Den Helder acts as lead authority on behalf of Stichting Duinpark. The Contracting Authority intends to conclude an Agreement with one Contractor for the management and maintenance of the greenery in Duinpark in Den Helder. The work mainly consists of: a. Grass maintenance; b. Planting maintenance; c. Semi-paved surface maintenance; d. Removal of bulky waste and litter.
