Opportunity description

This tender has been drawn up for the purpose of contracting one contractor for the Specifications for Green Planting Maintenance 2027 and Beyond. The municipality wishes to conclude a contract for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend the contract up to four times by two (2) years. The term of the specifications is 2 years, followed by four (4) optional unilateral extension options available to the contracting authority, each for 2 years. The maximum term of the specifications is therefore 10 years. The estimated value of these specifications is €2,650,000, excluding VAT, over the entire term, including all options and extensions. The estimate is based on calculation standards and a forecast of the expected need. The volume purchased under this agreement depends on the deployment of the municipality's own service.
