Opportunity description

The Contract concerns the supply of flowers (incl. subscriptions), (green) tokens of appreciation and artificial flower subscriptions that are as sustainable as possible. The flowers and (green) tokens of appreciation are used for various (personal) circumstances, such as illness, birth, anniversaries, death, retirement or other special events where a thoughtful gesture is appropriate. The (artificial) flower subscriptions are used to decorate locations, thereby creating a representative environment. The Contract is for the benefit of the Custodial Institutions Agency, the Immigration and Naturalisation Service and FMHaaglenden. The scope of Lot 1 of the procurement focuses on the supply of flowers and (green) tokens of appreciation specifically intended for personnel. In addition, subscriptions for fresh flowers may be purchased for periodic delivery. FMH is the sole participant in Lot 2; DJI and IND are explicitly not part of Lot 2. This lot concerns the rental (supply, placement and periodic replacement) of high-quality artificial flower arrangements, including matching vases, at fixed locations, with a view to representativeness, sustainability and ease of maintenance.
