Supply of the required books. The scope of the contract, based on historical data, amounts to approximately € 200.000,- excluding VAT per year. These expenditures are spread across several current suppliers and throughout the entire organization. The annual amount has been unstable in recent years, meaning that a certain degree of uncertainty is associated with these expenditures. Based on a framework agreement of 4 years, including possible extensions, the total estimated contract value amounts to approximately € 800.000,- excluding VAT. The agreement to be concluded must be classified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012. For that reason, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 130% of the estimated contract value, € 1.040.000,-, to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the framework agreement has expired.
