The contracting authority is seeking a supplier to provide printed matter and related materials for elections and tax mail. The contractor prints and inserts the contracting authority's printed matter into envelopes and ensures that these items are delivered on time to the postal service provider (currently PostNL) for onward delivery to recipients. The estimated value of the contract is € 145,000 per year. With a term of six (6) years for the framework agreement, this amounts to € 870,000. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this. Because the agreement is a framework agreement under the Public Procurement Act, it will be concluded with a maximum value of 150% of the stated amount, excluding indexation. This prevents the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the agreement ends. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 870,000 EUR.
