Opportunity description

The objective is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor for the supply of audiovisual equipment (AV equipment), including the associated services. VNOG aims for an integrated service provision whereby the Contractor is responsible for the supply, installation, maintenance and management of AV equipment as well as for user support in the form of remote telephone support, training and digital manuals. The supplier acts as the single point of contact and bears full contractual, operational and quality responsibility, regardless of the use of any subcontractors. The annually estimated value of the Agreement is €87,500 excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the Agreement for the entire term is €350,000 excluding VAT.
