Opportunity description

Through this procurement procedure, the contracting authority aims to ensure and safeguard that VRBZO employees can communicate effectively at various levels and in various ways, while safeguarding employee safety. In the new agreement to be concluded, VRBZO wishes to make clear arrangements based on the current market situation and to actively monitor and verify them. To achieve a good result, the following matters must be safeguarded: - quality (reliability) (equipment, coverage and intelligibility); - market conformity of the price/prices (safeguarded through competitive tendering); - technical support (including availability of parts throughout the entire economic life).
