Opportunity description

The contract comprises coordinating, planning and carrying out multiple relocations within the Municipality of Eindhoven's real estate portfolio. The contractor is responsible for the safe and efficient relocation of furniture, inventory, equipment, archive materials and other contents. The supplier is expected to have sufficient equipment, experienced personnel and flexible deployment capacity to carry out multiple relocation projects (sometimes running in parallel). In addition, the contractor must provide the possibility of external storage or temporary on-site storage of contents when this is necessary as a result of, for example, renovations, rehousing, lack of space or phased completion dates. The estimated value of the contract is € 2.100.000,- for the entire term of the agreement.
