The scope of this tender covers the following dimensions: • Delivery of a student information system; • Implementation, data migration including data conversion and delivery; • Training and education of users; • Management and maintenance; • Support and assistance; • Additional deployment on demand. This contract is not divided into lots. Tendering for a portion of the contract is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The contract at issue in this tender represents an estimated contract value based on historical data of approximately: • One-off costs € 30.000,00 excluding VAT; • Annual licence costs € 50.000,00 excluding VAT per year; • Hiring on demand € 12.500,00 excluding VAT per year. The total estimated contract value over the entire term amounts to € 530.000,00 excluding VAT. Procedure: open.
