Opportunity description
The Contracting Authority wishes to establish Framework Agreements for the purchase and maintenance of Sweepers that, for the duration of the Framework Agreements to be established, meet the minimum conditions for the performance of the contract. During the term of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority wishes to put Further contracts for the purchase of Sweepers out to the market among the Framework Contractors selected for lot 2 through this European tendering procedure. During the term of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority wishes to have the selected Contractor perform the maintenance of Sweepers outside the warranty periods under lot 1. Lot 1: Maintenance of Sweepers This Framework Agreement concerns the Maintenance of Sweepers outside the warranty period. The annual volume of the work is estimated at € 100,000, - to € 150,000,- excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on the maximum contract duration of 4 years, amounts to approximately € 400,000, - to € 600,000,- excluding VAT. No rights may be derived from the above information. This means that if, during the performance of the Framework Agreement, the volume actually purchased falls short—regardless of the extent to which this is the case—this will be entirely at the Framework Contractor's risk. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is € 1,000,000, - excluding VAT. If this maximum value is reached before the end date of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Framework Agreement and launch a new tendering procedure. Lot 2: Investment in Sweepers This Framework Agreement concerns Investment in Sweepers. It is expected that one Sweeper will be purchased annually during the term of the Framework Agreement. At present, Sweepers with combustion engines are still generally purchased. The current types are specified in section 2.2. In the future, the Contracting Authority will probably also purchase electric Sweepers or alternatives. The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on the contract duration of 4 years, amounts to approximately € 1,000,000,- - € 1,500,000,- excluding VAT. No rights may be derived from the above information. This means that if, during the performance of the Contract, the volume actually purchased falls short—regardless of the extent to which this is the case—this will be entirely at the Framework Contractor's risk. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement amounts to € 2,000,000,- excluding VAT. If this maximum is reached before the end date of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Framework Agreement and launch a new tendering procedure. Lot 1: Maintenance of Sweepers This Framework Agreement concerns the Maintenance of Sweepers outside the warranty period. The annual volume of the work is estimated at € 120,000, - to € 175,000,- excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on the maximum contract duration of 4 years, amounts to approximately € 480,000, - to € 700,000,- excluding VAT. No rights may be derived from the above information. This means that if, during the performance of the Framework Agreement, the volume actually purchased falls short—regardless of the extent to which this is the case—this will be entirely at the Framework Contractor's risk. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is € 1,300,000, - excluding VAT. If this maximum value is reached before the end date of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Framework Agreement and launch a new tendering procedure. Lot 2: This Framework Agreement concerns the purchase of Sweepers. It is expected that three to four Sweepers will be purchased during the term of the Framework Agreement. At present, Sweepers with combustion engines are still generally purchased. The current types are specified in section 2.2. In the future, the Contracting Authority will probably also purchase electric Sweepers or alternatives. The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on the contract duration of 4 years, amounts to approximately € 1,000,000,- to € 2,500,000,- excluding VAT. No rights may be derived from the above information. This means that if, during the performance of the Contract, the volume actually purchased falls short—regardless of the extent to which this is the case—this will be entirely at the Framework Contractor's risk. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement amounts to € 5,000,000,- excluding VAT. This maximum value is considerably higher than the estimated annual volume. The Contracting Authority justifies this, on the one hand, by the higher purchase price of electric Sweepers. On the other hand, it may be necessary for the Contracting Authority to replace or expand its Sweeper Vehicles as part of sustainability measures, depending on the demand it receives for the deployment of Sweeper Vehicles. If this maximum is reached before the end date of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Framework Agreement and launch a new tendering procedure. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 600,000 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
