Opportunity description

The contract concerns the supply, monitoring and maintenance of medicine refrigerators within the Utrecht region. The services include an integrated vaccine monitoring system consisting of the supply of vaccine refrigerators, 24/7 temperature monitoring, a 24/7 staffed control room, alarm follow-up, preventive and corrective maintenance, validation of the refrigeration facilities and an emergency logistics provision in the event of emergencies. The objective of the contract is to ensure the safe, reliable and uninterrupted storage of vaccines and thereby the continuity of public vaccination care. The agreement is intended to be concluded with one contractor bearing overall responsibility for a maximum term of 48 months. The contract includes the supply, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of medicine refrigerators for public vaccination care within the Utrecht region. The services consist of an integrated vaccine monitoring system, including 24/7 temperature monitoring, a 24/7 staffed control room, alarm follow-up, maintenance, validation, reports and an emergency logistics provision in the event of emergencies. The agreement relates to all medicine refrigerators and associated monitoring facilities in use by the contracting authority.
