GVB manages and operates 7 ferry services from Amsterdam Noord across the IJ to Amsterdam Centraal and 3 across the North Sea Canal (NZK). For this purpose, GVB currently has 19 ferries in service, distributed across the routes as follows: • the North Sea Canal (NZK): 5 units, • across the IJ (7 of type 50 and 7 of type 60). The contract includes hull maintenance, preservation, any repair work that may arise, and carrying out modifications to all GVB ferries, and is financed from the operating budget of GVB Veren B.V. The Contract is divided into one lot for IJ ferries and one lot for NZK ferries. Up to 3 framework contracts will be awarded per lot. All maintenance of the ferries over a maximum term of the agreement(s) of 5 years, divided into the following lots: * IJ ferries: 14 minor dockings and 14 major dockings * NZK ferries: 6 minor dockings and 6 major dockings.
