Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services of wheelchairs – Maintenance contract for Stryker Power-PRO XT, Power-LOAD and Evac-Chairs

Opportunity description

RAV Hollands Midden intends to award the contract for entering into a new maintenance contract for the Stryker Power-PRO XT stretchers, Power-LOAD and Evac-Chairs through a negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Article 2.32, paragraph 1, point b, of the Public Procurement Act 2012. The official Stryker Limited Warranty and written confirmation from Stryker show that only maintenance by Stryker or a party authorized by Stryker preserves the manufacturer's warranty, product liability and CE marking. Stryker has confirmed that no other certified or authorized service partners are available in the Netherlands. Maintenance by an unauthorized party results in the warranty becoming void and increases safety and liability risks. There is no reasonable alternative. The maintenance contract for 3 years costs (in total) € 225.100,84 excluding VAT and indexation. Procedure: neg-wo-call.
