Opportunity description

The contract concerns the performance of interior and exterior painting work, including light renovation, at the contracting authority's locations. Painting work is understood to mean: all painting activities on all of the contracting authority's buildings. The following fall outside the scope of the contract: Painting works that are part of a major renovation contract and/or new construction (partial repair or renewal of a location), work on roofs, structural maintenance, floor finishing, mechanical installations and electrical installations. The purpose of the contract is to have the interior and exterior painting work carried out in a practical and financially attractive manner for the contracting authority, while ensuring continuity and quality. Based on historical data and future expectations, the contracting authority estimates the annual value at an average of € 450.000,- including VAT per year.
