Schiphol Nederland B.V. intends to award a contract to Smart Airport Systems (SAS) for the maintenance and technical support of TaxiBot vehicles deployed at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The contract includes preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, failure analysis, repair activities, spare parts supply, software support, access to vehicle data and diagnostic tools, implementation of modifications and technical improvements, on-site support and remote third-line support. During the current development phase of the TaxiBot operation, these services can only be provided by SAS due to technical reasons, as SAS is the manufacturer and licence holder and exclusively possesses the required know-how, software access, vehicle data, diagnostic tools, technical documentation, modification capabilities and third-line support. The intended contract duration is up to three years. This notice is published as a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice. Procedure: neg-wo-call.
