The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) intends to conclude a cooperation agreement with the Stichting Infrastructuur Kwaliteitsborging Bodembeheer (SIKB) for the period 2027-2030. The agreement concerns the management, maintenance, updating and further development of quality instruments, assessment guidelines (BRLs), protocols, data standards and the associated management, consultation and decision-making processes within the Dutch soil and water domain. The cooperation relates to the cooperation areas of Soil Information Management, Water, Soil and Subsurface Expertise Network and Soil Protection.
